Con esta entrada, Noticias de Cartoon Colombia y el Concurso internacional de caricatura y humor gráfico - Noticartún Colombia- , se permiten informar al público en general que decidimos dejar todo el tema de patrocinios pro envíos de regalos a los ganadores de las ediciones pasadas del concurso hasta el día 15 de mayo del presente año (con posibilidad de extenderse) , fecha en la que la empresa de correos nacionales 4-72, se supone dará su respuesta oficial a la situación problemática que presentamos con los últimos 4 envíos realizados de nuestras medallas a Irán, Brasil y Rusia, siendo puesta una nueva reclamación por el último envío solo hasta el pasado 2 de mayo. Los otros 3 envíos tienen su fecha de reclamación el 24 de abril.
La razón de no interponer una queja o reclamación al tiempo de los cuatro envíos a pesar de estar en la misma problemática, es que precisamente esta empresa en representación de su funcionarios, primero advirtió que solo da información de 3 guías de envíos, pero tras casi 50 minutos de espera telefónica y alrededor de 40 minutos en la aclaración de la situación, le pedí el favor se saltara la norma y me dieran información sobre la medalla a Rusia y según ellos, estaba en el tiempo y hasta el día 26 de abril podría reclamar. Desafortunadamente pro ocupaciones laborales, solo pude contactarme el día 30 y por las mismas razones, opté por la opción de que ellos se comunicaran conmigo, pero en el tiempo que pude estar pendiente telefónicamente no lo hicieron.a sí que la queja fue presentada el siguiente día hábil (2 de mayo), luego de una espera por este medio, también de bastantes minutos. Así que es probable el receso llegue al 22, dejándonos totalmente afectados con más de un mes de trabajo perdido en nuestra cronograma de patrocinios.

As it is known publicly since 2016, several efforts have been made to provide a special detail to the winners of the contest as well as to the jury and thanks to donations and sale of online cartoon bonuses, 26 medals have been obtained, with sublimated tape , in a metallic case with printed accessory material, of which 20 have already been delivered, to countries such as: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Ukraine and USA. Starting this 2019, we had pending shipments to countries like: Brazil, Iran, Peru, Romania, Turkey and Russia, but we are lucky that our effort was recognized and since February, we started receiving donations to start deliveries, so between that month and April we sent 5 of these special recognitions by the national mails of Colombia 4-72, courier company that has served for our shipments from 2014 to the present, with 26 successful shipments in the years and to the mentioned countries.
Now, this press release is to inform that at the moment we have a delicate situation with the last four (4) shipments to the countries of Brazil, Iran and Russia. We only succeeded in delivering to our jury Omar Zevallos in Peru at the beginning of April his respective medal sent on February 4 and received by him, after 22 days of trajectory (average time of the acquired service), that is, March 5. Otherwise contrary to what happens unfortunately with the rest of shipments, which represent various unfortunate developments for our interests and these are:
1) Sending to Yaser Khanbaray from Iran, sent on March 15 and according to 4-72, left on March 21 of the country, but international tracking pages, show that this came not from the Middle East but to Nigeria in Africa and it is 27 days late and counting. We still do not know if he is coming back or it is a trip scale, although by direct communication with the company he mentioned that the shipment appeared for that country. Crass error of them, since we have the original invoices, with confirmed and well completed addresses.
2) Submission to Mikhail Zlatkovsky of Russia, sent on March 27 and which according to 4-72, came out on April 4 of the country, but international tracking pages and the same of Russian postal mails do not show his whereabouts anywhere and carries 20 days late and counting.
3) Submission to Carlos Alberto Amorím of Brazil, sent on March 27 and according to 4-72, left on March 30 of the country, but international tracking pages and the same Brazilian postal mail, do not evidence his whereabouts anywhere and it is 20 days late and counting.
4) Submission to Aref Niazi of Iran, sent on April 8 and according to 4-72, left on April 11 of the country, but international tracking pages, evidence that this came not from the middle east but to Nigeria in Africa and although it only takes 12 days of travel. By direct communication with the company, he confirmed that the shipment was going to Iran, which would make it clear that the route through Nigeria is a stopover.
We are aware of the situation due to the control we have of the shipments, taking advantage of the mentioned tracking pages. As we said, we already communicated with the 4-72 itself and filed a claim due to know the clear information to the contracted service (with the exception of the Russian shipment, because it was supposedly still in time, although it was sent on the same date as the Brazilian one , to which if they accepted the claim). We are waiting for a response within 15 business days counting from yesterday. It must be noted that the service purchased is called Encomienda internacional, with an average delivery of 20 days to a month and not provided by the national company directly, but in agreement with its similar in the world and that by the 4-72 page only You can follow up while they are in Colombian territory. It should also be mentioned that there is a possibility that the medals that are in limbo, may already be in the countries where they went but the customs for their protocols, they have retained them and therefore do not appear in the system in general. the postal services of those countries.
To finish, we remember that we already have these medals and accessories in our possession and that due to the time, work and money invested, we will carry out the necessary effort so that all this "crusade" will come to an end, but we depend on the answer of the Colombian postal service to make the relevant decisions, since the medals that remain to be sent, are for the three (3) routes of countries with which there have been problems, in addition to Romania and Turkey.
